As Christians we usually don’t understand completely what the apostle Paul means when he said; I am crucified with Christ; nevertheless I live yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: [Galatians 2: 20 [, we have so many different teachings about crucifying the flesh, I will be the first to say that a few are correct in what they are teaching. One way to understand how you can have different ministers teaching truth about a subject like , crucifying the flesh, taking up your cross, and other subjects in the Bible, and I’m just singling out these for this post, at 4crossministry.com we teach a growing up into the full stature of Christ [Ephesians 4: 13; Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ:], the scriptures also reveals that God didn’t give the Spirit by measure to Jesus [John 3: 34; For he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for God giveth not the Spirit by measure unto him.] but when we are born again we receive the spirit by measure, we are born again with a incorruptible seed by the word of God,[1 Peter 1: 23;] that seed is Jesus, when we hear the word of God preached, or taught from someone, somewhere it is then sowed in our heart, or earth is what the word relates our heart to when the sower sows the seed, Jesus even taught a parable on the sower [ Matthew 13: 3-9,] and when the Lord taught about the sower the one thing that was always perfect was the incorruptible seed [the word of God], now Jesus tells us about the sower, we can see that the sower would sow the seed in different types of grounds in the earth, the wayside, stony places, among thorns, some fell in good ground, Jesus was also illustrating how some ground need to be plowed and work more then others, and sometimes some ground just will never except the seed, but the scriptures tells us about what the word can do when the plowman and the sower work together as one in Christ Jesus, the scriptures says [Jeremiah 23; 29. Is not my word like as a fire? saith the LORD: and like a hammer that breaketh the rock in pieces?], if you see what Jeremiah is saying, this will helps to understand about the plowman and the sower being one, this all goes back to growing up in Christ Jesus and Christ growing in us, when the seed is sowed in our heart/earth we have to make a prudent choice to turn from our sins, and cry out to Jesus from our heart and confess/voice and repent. Jesus tells us about a rest we can find when we come to him {Matthew 11: 28; Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.}. But the Lord told of another rest, you can see it when we finish what he completly said in the next two verses {Matthew 11: 29-30; Take my yoke upon you,and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. 30) For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. When the LORD gave Moses the plans to build the Tabernacle it had to be perfect, it is a picture of the Lord coming, from how it is set up in the form of a cross, [Exodus 40], God put wisdom in all that are wise hearted to build the tabernacle [Exodus 36: 1-3;], all of this from Geneses to Revelation is a blueprint for us to grow to the full stature of Christ Jesus.
